M first business was a professional figure skating coach where I doubled our membership that season operating as the sole coach and programmer(it taught me how to keep 20 moving parts running without dropping one).
Since then I've led teams in fitness, recreation, and farm ops. I've project managed a community outdoor waterpark project (1.75 million) and built out service businesses from the back end. I've been the person CEOs hand the mess to and then take back a running business.
